Elon Musk’s Space Race Is Misguided
Last night I read a Tweet by Bernie Sanders, everyone’s favorite cranky grandfather. He’s not cranky in the sense “we walked uphill in the snow, both ways” cranky, but he’s “to have a well-functioning society for all, we all need to pay our fair share” cranky.
His tweet took aim at Elon Musk’s SpaceX program and made a remarkably salient point, why are we rushing to Mars when we can’t even feed our children?
