Fantastic article. Consciousness is not just limited to us apes, as the majority of people believe. It's not solely bestowed upon us. Science is finding that many animals have consciousness as well. Dolphins, whales, cats, and dogs to name a few.

I wonder if the Web of Life is just our collective consciousness in observation that create our current reality.
