First off, wonderful article. It resonates with me because I'm living it for my day job, I just didn't know what it was called.

Previously to my current employer, I worked for a very old domination hierarchy with old white men at the top. They squashed any glimmer of creativity or progress because they felt a total need for control.

My new employer relies on my creativity and my skills to set themselves apart from the competition. I feel respected and give gladly my energies for the mission we have.

Now the rub, I do agree that this won't happen immediately until a tipping point happens, BUT we have the mass generation of Millennials that are very good and turning conventional thinking and processes on their head. Who knows, it might just happen in our lifetimes.
