GET BEES! We love our hive. They're so interesting and so much fun. If there are beekeepers in your area you should ask to be mentored, beekeepers are usual super cool and you get the inside track on where to get cheap supplies and used boxes.

We hope to extract our first honey next year if the hive makes it through the winter.

And all the sweater making, cheese making, bread making gives you a BIG checkmark as being a cool chick in my book!
