I have no love for the man because what he promotes is an unhealthy work culture. 80 hour weeks is not healthy for you or anyone. Do you really think he works for 80 hours a week? He just spends all this time trolling, tweeting, and "thinking." I'm willing to bet he'll count his time on the toilet as working too.
Productivity shot up like a rock for industries that embraced WFH and it makes no business sense - aside from soothing ego - to force employees back into the office.
I believe WFH is here to stay, even in the time of tech layoffs. Why, because the talented employees are demanding it.
