I see this statement quite a lot and it's got me thinking. What if we rebuild humanity as polyamorous and take all those single men and women and attach them to existing relationships? Not force them of course, but allow it to happen. What would the overall societal ramifications be?

Would crime drop? Would toxic masculinity drop? Would society stabilize? Would there be less child abuse? What would the inherent benefits be to society for such a nuclear family be? These are rhetorical questions but interesting to ponder.
