I took a long time this weekend to reflect on your post and I want to reach out and {{hug}} you and tell you it's going to be ok. It just sucks to think about your mortality at such an age. We're at a very strange point in our lives to be called up on this stage and play this part.

Sometimes its not fair the part we're asked to play. From your posts I know how deeply not being mother is to you, and this cruel trick of Nature must feel like a slap in your face. I'm very sorry.

If it's any consolation I want to tell you that the work you share, the emotional energy (good and bad) that you express means a lot to me, and I believe others as well. Your work has inspired me to be better, and the nurturing you share is a hallmark of motherhood.

Sometimes mother is not a noun but a verb. I know you want to hold your own baby in your hands, but you hold all of us instead. Thank you and I wish you peace and clarity.
