Indeed, that's a ticking timebomb in itself but I think the solution is not to have more babies. There's a correlated link between fertility and GDP. Wealthier countries are already moderating because it costs a "hella lot" to raise a child, educate them, and hope they get a good job to afford all the expensive things.
In the end, it's all about money.
Then add in aging parents that need support and I completely understand young people at the top of their fields getting stretched. This is where immigration can help, but too often that riles nationalistic tendencies.
