I've never heard of PCD before but I think I might suffer from this. Like you, I need a good dose of aftercare after a healthy romp in the hay with my partner. She does too.

I'm not so much about the pillow talk - we do whisper the I love yous - but more about the spooning, cuddling, kisses, and gentle touching for the both of us. If we're all hot afterwards we always make sure to have at least our legs touching or crossing before we drift off to sleep.
