My sister went vegetarian when she was around 13 and I remember this discussion as well. I've been "threatening" to go vegetarian for the past couple of years and I guess now might be as good as anytime.
I know that you're reluctant to share what you actually eat but could you share rough %'s of carb/fuit/veg that eat through out the day? That would be very helpful to me to help me navigate to this "lifestyle." Thx
