What opened my eyes was reading "Come as you Are." It made me realize that women have been telling men exactly what it takes to engage with them for ages, except we haven't been listening or we have minimized them when they did speak up.

Well, better late than never and I get a chance to impart my wisdom to both my daughter and son it the would only listen. lol.
