When I was in college and during one late night lab night I went out for a smoke. There was a classmate talking to someone about having kids and he turned to me and asked, "Tom, what would you do if God cursed you with 4 daughters?" With out missing a beat I said, "I'd love them." This was in 1994.

Back then I thought he was just a jerk for asking that. Now I look back and see what a horrible statement that really was. I have no idea where or what he's doing now, but I feel incredibly sad if he did have a daughter(s). What a shit human being.

The majority of men have been taught to only want boys and that boys have value. I think it's so wrong and can perpuate these problems.
